The 10 Key Steps to Opening Your Store

1: Contact Us!
The first step is to schedule a phone appointment to learn more about us.  You’ll have a chance to get your questions answered in a no pressure informative session.
It’s simple!  Just call us at 707-451-6890 x106 Pacific Standard Time or shoot us an email with a convenient date and time to call you back.

2: Complete a Brief Financial Statement
After our initial discussions we need to know a bit more about you.  Your next step is to submit a simple two page financial statement, which we will email to you after the initial call.

3: Meet Us
Once financially qualified - it’s time to meet one another!  We can either come to visit you (on our dime) and preview your marketplace or you can elect to come visit our Corporate Headquarters (on your dime) in beautiful Vacaville, CA.  During this meeting, we will also give you our Franchise Offering Circular.

4: Award the Franchise and Sign Agreement
After our meeting, we will let you know if you qualify to be a franchisee and once your ready to move forward, we execute a franchise agreement and get working on finding a suitable location.

5: Site Selection
The site selection process is so important. We work with you and a leasing specialist that has relationships with many developers across the country and is an expert at negotiating leases for you.  We run proformas together on each site using conservative projections for sales and expenses so that good decisions are being made with everyone's eyes wide open.

6: Home Training
You begin Home Training once your site has been approved. This Pre-Opening Training includes reading our manuals, conducting exercises and submitting exams back to us followed by the scheduling of training at our corporate headquarters.

7: Corporate Training
Because much is accomplished during Home Training, you attend Corporate Training for only five days.  Here we further prepare you for store opening and ongoing operations.

8: Design & Build Out
Once the lease is executed, you will work cooperatively with Country Visions’ staff on store design and build-out.

9: Merchandising
Another very important step.  We will work with you to put togther your Merchandise Plan and you will have input on categories and specific vendors.  Once finalized, we will place your orders directly to vendors and you will receive and price merchandise ordered for you as it begins to arrive.

10: OPEN YOUR DOORS FOR BUSINESS!
Don’t worry!  We send a field representative to assist you with the set-up and visual display and there’s more training for you and your staff!
